Where to begin to dissect (and thus interpret) such a study? Geez... Is anything here really meaningful much less actionable? It's been my experience that it's the polypharmacy-- and not the HIV-- that has the most deleterious, long-term health consequences for people living with HIV. Other than common sense things-- focus on nutritional density (& diversity), don't eat anything you haven't cooked yourself, eat for your microbiome, get your fats & minerals-- giving eating advice is a mine field.
