After 25 years with an employer, because of how I was being treated, revealed my status, asking is that reason for their treatment. Later they used false statements, asking me to leave. After a salary of 60K per year, plus severance pay, now I have no life insurance, am on Medicaid, for 6 months, unemployment.

I have two friends who are HIV+ and from whom I have heard a number of horror stories regarding the blasé or downright hostile attitudes of clinicians to whom they regularly go for prescriptions, testing and therapy. How will your program not only re-educate them but also ensure that they follow through on what they’ve learned? Too often seminars or classes meant to re-educate never deeply penetrate the behaviors of people.
