Yes, sex, pregnancy, STIs and many other things in developing countries, especially African countries, are generally implied to be a result of something beyond human sexual behavior, different, brutal, imposed on women by men, etc. The majority of HIV positive people in the world are black Africans, more females than male, heterosexual. I don't have to imagine it.
