Moved to London at 18, nearly a year later I was told I had HIV, I knew nothing anything it, this was my first ever STI check! I heard of the letters but knew nothing. Which was great! I had no pre-conceptions from day 1. Went on meds and quickly undetectable. I got HIV from a broken condom, no shame in safe sex with a poz guy. Was very hard to take everything in at first, but this can happen to anyone but sigma attached to HIV is all wrong! I'm open about my HIV, and proud to educating others
