River Nut

I found out from my docotor today (thursday) that I was pos. I spent. most of the day doing research on google about it. And I firmly believe that I will be able to live a reasonably long life moving forward on arv treatment But I have a huge problem. I'm pst the first acute stage, maybe four or 5 months out from infection. I feel completely fine and well Nxt Thursday I am about to go on a camping and whitewater rafting trip for 23 days in an extremely remote location. I need arv now! Advice?
