I was told I was of no consequence a couple of years ago because I suggested another act up like before and now look you are all seeing the big picture now. Show the fight in you now and tell your story to Congress and Senate and the president how you feel on what ever sight you can find to use as your battle ground. Don't do any good preaching to the chior Talk to the people that can get things done. I have used change.org congress.org and others but it takes all of us to help get anything done.

Interestingly, this proposal is questionable. After all, without treatment, those living with this virus are prone to increased viral loads and lower CD-4 counts. Sadly this would only advocate an even worse pandemic; as if this virus hasn't killed enough people. Cease the ignorance! This is a cry out for more compassion towards those living with this virus, However, with homophobia still ranking high on this country's scale of taboos, unfortunately, many Americans don't empathize with those who are infected. As a result, we see such proposal being implemented. However, HIV has become a heterosexual issue that is reaching beyond the Afraic-American communities. Therefore, isn't it time new methods of education be employed, such as HIV dislcosure to help decrease the stigma, and encourgae those living with HIV to remain in compliant with rules and regulations, which is the main reason fudning is being pulled out from under us...we're not showing much regard for our own actions,; therefore, society feels why should they waste time caring. Please stop perpetuating the myth that ADAP is only for "the working uninsured poor!" As the income thresholds are increasingly being lowered it's in fact only the poor who are still able to qualify. ADAP has traditionally helped not only the poor but also many middle class Americans who are uninsured or under-insured and these middle class Americans are the ones who are swelling the ranks of the growing waiting lists. For the most part, the poor are the only ones who still qualify as the income thresholds get lower and lower.
