Good Lord - the thought of his name on this bill makes my HIV infected blood boil. Elizabeth Dole should be ashamed of herself and "informed" of the sick irony. Does she even know what a racist homophobe he was? Is she THAT clueless?

I sent a very pointed e-mail to the good senator..told here what a disgrace to even think of putting his name on anything associated with AIDS....I like your idea of a new title though and may send that also. I wonder if she supports the "eliminate discrimination of AIDS people for entering the country" I forgot the exact title of that amendment... Nick
