It is time that society does what we say, taken care of ALL that are within our potental for care. Why did he have to die? We MUST do as we trust in ourselves to do!

I've been fighting for change here in Greece for 5 years and to get people to act responsibly in this sector is almost impossible. The NGO's all connected within this circle all the way up to the International and National aid agencies seem more than happy to stand back and do nothing when serious issues need addressing and when faced with immediate and dangerous problems which exist. What appalls me the most is how when you contact these organisations, the people in charge of many of these establishments are more than aware of the many problems you seek to address with them. Often working with the people who corrupt and tarnish the sector in general by their malpractice and poor ethics. I've long been a supporter of the fight against HIV & Aids but have lost faith in a sector of society which it seems is prepared to sacrifice itself without care or regard. SO many try to do well to help, and from all walks of life, however I have watched five years of cover ups, denial and systematic abuse by those in charge to conclude that too many people connected with this 'lost' fight enjoy having people trapped in order to manipulate and prosper of an already vulnerable sector of people who are trapped and with few resources to start with. It seems that by ruining people lives with a blatant and obvious lack of regard for medical ethics, social ethics and general decency, by allowing people to corrupt and abuse the resources in place just serves to extend the careers and self made importance of those who deem themselves 'caring' members of society as they help themselves further up the ladder on the backs of those beneath them. Fraud, staff pretending to be Doctors and people content to cover up and live within this lie has been going on for 15 years, and it's no wonder the fight against HIV & Aids is always struggling to get help. Please help rid this sector of the corruption and lies which damage the very people those guilty claim to help. http://fckdupathens.wordpress.com/2013/05/01/lies-cover-ups-and-censoring-the-truth-welcome-to-the-greek-hivaids-sector/
