This article is cleverly composed to unfairly condemn the proposed legislation. For example, Obama doubled our National Debt, adding an additional $10 trillion dollar in only eight years. The $1.5 trillion deficit supposedly to be added over ten years pales in comparison. Our Nation's infrastructure is hazardous. Obama got a trillion for shovel ready jobs --which never happened.
