Perhaps "God" has not cured you but kept you alive to do her work. I've been poz since 1984. I'm alive to teach, by example and formally. HIV is still stigmatized in the US and abroad. Everyday is an opportunity to teach the world that WE can live productive and healthy lives. Perhaps you can work that into your litany when confronted with people "spreading the Gospel?" Keep on keeping on.

right on point . really spoke to the core of me.i cant thank u enough. God bless u
I feel you sister. This is so encouraging. Like you said, I am also a walking miracle; if not for God, I could have been long gone. I no longer pray for healing, I ask God to use me in my circumstance as He used other flawed/weak people in the Bible. He uses the weak and foolish to confound the strong and wise. I think of Rahab, Samaritan woman, Esther, Ruth, Mary Magdalene, and I know God can use me too. There is a reason He allowed me to bear this cross. Thank you for putting this in perspective to me once more. God bless and continue to use you. Amen!
You just keep on doing your thing. And BTW sometimes it's good to just tell people (nicely) to back the hell off please, since they really don't know what it's like to live in your skin. You are awesome.
Thank You
Right on! Words well spoken...am equally tired of the berating from mostly black folks thinking religion is the answer...you look great in all your photos by the way!
