Wow! Dr Shuter very informative,im glad to say this group has helped me a great deal to quit smoking but its very hard for me to quit.Im in.my second day as being smoke free i've already slipped n lit up im trying even harder today only one,im thinking my body is going to tell me to quit n quit for good all i can do is take it one day at a time.Im still on the site enjoying all the support I get, It's a great group.ok Thank You Again.Mr.Peter J.Piechocniski
