You left the most important factor for people not being treated. They can't afford the meds. Medicare Part D requires so many to pay $1000 a month for just 3 med regime. Their Disability payment is on the cut off to get discounts for drugs from Pharms and they do not qualify to be on a waiting list. I am forced to stop my treatment every few months to share my meds with a partner. I don't drink, do drugs and take nutrients, anti-oxidents nor does my partner. We are not sexually active and are no risk to a group. Why won't anyone discuss this topic. Others are being forced to do this too.
