Another misleading and bias article. Talks have NOT stalled! Congress simply has not yet finished assigning funding allocations. If democrats were as interested in HIV/AIDS, as they try to lead us to believe, they'd knock off this impeachment crap and work with the president on the issue. Trump talks sincerely about ending HIV/AIDS in 10 yrs! It's encouraging! He understands funding is necessary to achieve that! But the dems hatred for him, and impeachment quest, prevent any bipartisan dialogue.
