“Everyone sexually active or anyone who uses injection drugs should be tested every 3 to 6 months.” What a load of utter nonsense, ignoring the very narrow behavioral groups where HIV is centered. No, a faithful, married husband and wife couple NEVER need to be tested for HIV, even if they have sex every day. They do NOT have an “HIV status.” The point is not relevant to them. It is not relevant to the vast majority of the population.
