Reading some of those smarmy, banal entries, it's the only possible reason you and Gwen weren't chosen. It's a business, of course... all about profit and gain, rather than any sort of actual dialogue or humanity. They had a great opportunity and wasted it. How much better would it have been to educate users of KY rather than pander to their robotic romanticism?
