I imagine that many in our LGBTQ+ community can relate to your struggle to find "self" even if their personal journey takes a path different from yours. And your writing. What can I say? So engaging. Thank you for sharing. I never had to go "cold turkey" (I was always relationship- and love-oriented) but I resonate with much of your experience of discovering myself through sexual desire.
