i'm sorry i missed this particular posting. marinol (dronabinol) has been critical to my holding down the large handful of pills i take twice a day. i had trouble getting undetectable for years until i designed an especially redundant treatment regimen in tandem with my doctor, consisting of darunavir, ritonavir, raltegravir, tenofovir, emtricitabine, minocycline, and valacyclovir...along with diphenhyramine, loperamide and dronabinol to deal with the rashes, diarrhea and severe nausea that combo brings on. i'm glad to know the thc has contributed some viral suppression, because after years of viral load in the thousands or tens of thousands ON treatment, this regimen got me undetectable within 6 weeks and has kept me that way for almost 3 years now. given my prior history of smoking, i'm also grateful to be able to avoid any smoke at all...and so are my lungs!
Speak for yourself Sean! It's another useful tool for Aging Well with HIV in my book, kinda like the fish oil tabs... There's nothing like a good Christmas 'Cookie'!!
i just started atripla an omg it makes me very angry an sick as hell. stomach burns, can't eat. but mentaly an emotionaly i feel like i'm loosen my mind!

Has no one heard of vaping? Get a portable or table top vaporizer (may be tax deductible as an out of pocket medical expense) after you get your cannabis prescription. Keep the vaporizer on no higher than 3.8. You will get a smooth, non-irritating and more enjoyable draw than with a joint. And no particulate matter in your lungs, just water vapor and the terpenes, THC and CBD's that you want. There are also dosed edibles and other ways to get the active ingredients in cannabis without smoking.
