Alcohol use, and not even binge drinking (5 drinks) or alcohol abuse, is probably at least partly responsible for most HIV infections in the first place. Small less than moderate amounts substantially raise risk for various cancers. Higher amounts, and lets face it, most people think they don't drink much yet drink binge drinking amounts which is the most toxic form of drinking because one doesn't adapt... are very unhealthy. It's always been ignored but it is the big devil in the room.

Stanton Peele. He thinks many people who abuse alcohol can moderate and wrote Audrey Kishline Mod Mgt introduction.. yikes. I'm not a fan of AA but I recognize that it does help people and I think it is right about abstinence. And it's a great life without alcohol. The latest science shows that alcohol is more toxic that thought even in small amounts. It is a poison and has ruined the lives of many people who don't even drink. The amount of mental and physical suffering it causes is staggering.
