A network of people living with HIV is a community because everyone is comfortable of dealing with the reject or the judgement people put on them. It would be a Big Support Group and experience to hang around some one who know what you are going through.
Thanks @nikko17 and @positivewoman - for more info and how to join, go to the www.hivcaucus.org
After being part of the community meeting w/Louise Hay in W. Hollywood for 13 years, and poz since early 80s, it was almost a tragedy when the real medicine showed up in late 90s for the groups we'd built as noted above. Thanks for re-invigorating groups helpful to the long thriving while 'hosting the virus in an 'undetectable state.!?! It's been a long and challenging as well as often in too much solitude these 20 years. G.Dunlap
Thanks for starting this group hopefully I will be able to participate.

Disclosure of HIV status is a serious issue, relating ones HIV status to a work place without an HIV policy is a source of poverty, lack of adherence to drugs and leading to AIDS Telling a new employer to be your status is a mith, because they might deny one a critical job they need, not disclosing one's status for employed workers is difficult for accessing treatment.I was in a situation where adding to my HIV status lost employement without repudetory,I got poorer and I fear to get new job
