These guidelines don't work in practice for most MSM. It makes the use of the intervention reactive rather than proactive and dismisses one off risks that are too important for people, like first time sex, infidelity, etc.

Very modest and mild reprimand! While COVID statistics are also dubious, either undercounting the deaths of people who die of it before being tested or widely spread overcounting for a variety of political and financial reasons, the 100,000 souls toll is horrific. But the NYT is also the one to blame, whereas it cheered New York politicians to object protecting our national land and air borders from the sources and epicenters of the pandemic.(Comments limited to 1 example.)
