Oh bull. Giving someone a cold can hardly be compared with infecting him with a permanent, life changing disease. Knowingly exposing a partner to the virus without advising him or her is and should be a felony. I got it from a person who said he was negative but, I later learned, knew he was positive all along (he was on meds). Claiming that such laws will prevent people from getting tested is a red herring. Perhaps what it will do is cause them to think twice before acting with such callous disregard for another person's well being.

Well!!! I am still on the line of weather to arrest or Not. You see opinion is based on- Well he is an adult and he should have asked. It takes two people to engage in sex and being adults we should ask. Me I have been POZ for over 20 yrs and full blow(as they call it) for about 10 yrs ! I do tell every one. I use to wait till we were in the bed room removing our clothing. And well I had men run out my apt half naked. So I choose to tell folks when I meet them. Weather or not we do anything or just talk. I am proud that I have lasted this many years. Now did the man ask about it. Did he say well I should wear a condom. Did he contract the HIV. How can one be charged for a baseless crime. Yes he should have told. Yet we are going to waste money on a man who did not tell the truth. What man does. How many humans really tell the truth the whole truth. Me I do! Yeah I do not lie I bend the truth to protect the innocent , ME! So did he contract HIV. and now remember it has to be the exact strain that the liar has or it is not where he got it. that's what we should arrest and jail a person When that one who was lied to gets the illness So I got a cold and I am not going to tell the guy who screwed me last night. Should I be arrested be cause he is going to get the cold and be out of work for a week. So I just cost him a weeks pay. Come on lets stop with the BS
