I found this article after seeing the movie "Pedro" available to view on my netflix. I have yet to see the movie as I have my own memories of Pedro. I recall being a young gay man still in the closet watching Pedro Zamora live his life openly and positively in every way. I recall the anger I shared with Pedro against Puck and even more, the sadness I felt when Pedro passed on. Ok I had a huge crush on Pedro, who wouldn't? He was fiercely cute, articulate, intelligent, and had that hot accent. Looking at my calendar I see today would have been Pedro's 38th birthday and so I felt compelled to leave him a message. Happy Birthday Pedro!! We love you and still think of you and everything you accomplished.

I just love him so much that i can never imagine that i can feel something like this. I'm cuban and I have 17 years like million of kids around the world. I stop everything today to watch his movie and it make me cry from beggining until the end. then I went to youtube to watch some more videos of him and his live and what he did is just spectacular.. he did what he have to do, everyone who knows about him is proud of him and thanks him for everything.. We love you Pedro.. Descansa en paz
