WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THE CRAZY STUFF IS DIFFERENT FROM THE STUFF THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. SOME PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN SOMEONE HIV WITH MALACE.... WHEY U RAPE A PERSON OR DON'T TELL THEM AND THEN THEY CONTRACT HIV U HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME... THOSE POEPLE SHOULD BE TRIED AND FOUND GUILTY....SPREADING TB IS STILL A CRIME IN MOST PLACES...SPREADING ANY MAJOR DISEASE WITH MALACE....SHOULD BE A CRIME... TYPHOID MARY WAS EVENTUALLY SENT TO A HOSPITAL UNIT FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.... BREEDERS ARE GUILTY AND SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE...BAREBACKING IS AN ACT THAT SHOULD BE STOPPED AND U HAVE NO RIGHT TO INFECT OTHERS EVEN IF THEY SEEK IT.... U CAN'T SHOOT A PERSON JUST CAUSE THEY WANT TO BE SHOT... THE GENERAL PUBLIC LOOSES US WHEN WE ASK FOR DUMB THING TRYING TO TELL THEM IT THAT A CRIME IS NOT A CRIME..... WE LOOSE CREDIBILITY AND MAKE OURSELVES LOOK LIKE RADICALS.... LETS SEPERATE THE THINGS THAT ARE STUPID OVER REACTIONS FROM THE REASONABLE REACTIONS... DOES ANYBODY AGRUE THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO SPREAD TB...

An intentional transmission as defined by UNAIDS includes an indirect intend (dolus eventualis). Courts worldwide regard sexual intercourse of a HIV positive person as an indirect intend to spread the disease, regardless if the respective jurisdiction has or hasn't an HIV specific law. This then translates to accusations of an intentional bodily harm, attempted murders, etc. If the "UNAIDS High Level Commission on HIV and the Law" wants to achieve something useful other than spending money on 5 star hotels and 1st class airline tickets, they should get back to legal basics and explicitly exclude certain human contacts from their understanding of "intentional transmission". AIDS organizations on the other side shall warn every person before undergoing an HIV test, that in case of the positive result he/she will automatically become a part of a human rights viral underclass. If authorities see that people are refusing HIV tests explicitly because of this reason, they will move.
