My t-cells went down! I had 177 , I have been home since March! Live alone! I go for walks alone and to the doctor and dentist! That’s it❗️I now have 144 t -cells! I wish I knew a way to get them up so I can go out somewhat with other people eventually.

I just had lab work done this week. Now I'm really curious about the results. My last CD4, in January, was 880. I wonder if results will drop back down to what was normal for each of us when this is over and we're out and about again?
