The battle against HIV has been highly successful and without corruption.....with a few exceptions, but not on a level with the current administration's. And we've been at this for 30 years. To disassemble such work cannot lead to anything but failure and a return to the carnage of the late 80's/early 90's. What sort of thinking approves of this? The only way to end HIV is to fight it to it's death, anything short of that is a loss.
