There are definitely some issues around mandatory testing but it's so sad when somebody like this spouts utter nonsense, completely obscuring any legitimate issues that would come up in a discussion of mandatory testing.

I couldn't agree with you more! I am SOOOOOOOO shocked by this! I think all Senators and Congress Members need to go through a yearly HIV update so that they are educated on this disease! People like Dave Schultheis only fuels the stigma that we have been fighting since day one!
