Thank you to Glenna for writing and submitting this, and to poz dot com for publishing it. I so needed to read this today. How stigma and judgement from outside got internalised in me is very difficult to understand from the inside at times. I often forget that the stigma and judgement is invalid. At those times I am spiralling downwards.
