A Day With HIV is a wonderful yearly event that encourages those who are open about their status to share a portion of their day with a selfie. Among the goals? Break down stigma. And give hope to the newly diagnosed and those struggling with their status. If that’s you- just know that you are loved.

My contribution this year was taken at 2pm, EST, in my music room. My caption is: "Creating some music, doing some blogging… just being me with HIV! Happy, healthy me."

To check out other folks pics and submit your own, go to A Day With HIV. You can also check out the hashtag #adaywithhiv.

Positively Yours,

Shawn
