Sean, thank you for writing out my exact thoughts on this issue. "Treatment as prevention" offends me as well. I see it totally driven by Pharma, and that doesn't sit well with me, at all. I totally agree with all your points and couldn't have written it out any better. And, to back up point #3, I was diagnosed with osteopenia just this year, after 10 years of taking Truvada. So yeah, long-term effects are popping up. Anyway, thanks again for writing out my thoughts. You saved me some work.
