Many gay people don’t realize they haven’t codified gay marriage yet in the Senate yet,if November Senate and Congressional elections go badly,you haven’t seen nothing yet,Lindsay Graham wants federal ban on all abortions,Gay Marriage,all the programs for H.I.V people will be up for grabs,open discrimination against LGBTQ people will almost be legal,you think I am exaggerating sit out this election and do nothing,our lives and Democracy can change forever.

This judge is digusting just shows how unfair and unjust the law really is and how open to interpretation based on the person views of those ruling be it politicians or judges. There clearly is no appeal to ethics or intelligence in interpreting facts that help keep the community at large safe. People like this make honorable professions look bad. SHAME!

Steps

It is a violation of the constitutional meaning of " Separation of church and state" Imposing forcing a religious opinion upon the nation is unconstitutional. Stating it is against ones religious belief by giving prep medication to prevent an illness is not only extremely immoral and bigoted it is also forcing one's religion upon all other beliefs.
