This is a guest post written by Tara Barnes-Darby, Director of NMAC’s Conferences department.

Are you a leader in the HIV movement and want to make your voice heard? Then submit an abstract for the 2018 United States Conference on AIDS!

Now in its 22nd year, the 2018 USCA is scheduled for September 6-9 and is expected to welcome 3,500 attendees from across the country in Orlando, FL.

USCA is our movement’s community gathering place and is more than just an environment for networking and celebration. It is a space to freely exchange ideas, share data, and discuss important developments in the fight against HIV.

NMAC cannot do this alone. We need YOU to help us create the robust programming our attendees come to expect year after year.

The deadline for submitting your abstract is Friday, April 6! To learn about the specific tracks, how to apply, and access the abstract application please visit our website. If you need more information about the abstract process, want to know about what makes an effective abstract submission, and how abstracts are selected, we encourage you to watch our explanatory webinar.

If you have any questions about the abstract process we encourage you to email us directly at conferences@nmac.org. Remember, abstracts can only be submitted until Friday, April 6 (no late submissions will be accepted).
