Now if they would only retire their "Let's talk about HIV" campaign which puts the responsibility for prevention on people's partners instead of themselves. Sure, it is meant to promote discussion, but it ends up being confusing and increasing stigma by validating people not becoming more educated themselves and instead delegating education to their partners.
