Let's advocate frottage & seek commitment to overall healthy living as our community's ideal. It's very disturbing that big pharma seeks to make windfall profits off PrEP: with plutocratic government in place. Let cultural, economic, spiritual and educational issues that enhance HIV transmission be addressed much more forcefully.
