Cycle for the Cause is an epic three day, 275 mile bike ride from Boston to New York that raises millions to fund the fight to end AIDS.

Just like you, we are committed to ending this epidemic. We come from all walks of life: young and old; LGBTQ and cisgender and straight; first-time riders and avid cyclists. We take a stand against stigma and discrimination. We forge lifelong friendships. Together we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people living with HIV and AIDS. And from September 11-13, 2020, we will once again ride our bikes together from Boston to New York City. Because the story of AIDS isn’t over, but it can be.
