We work with local sponsors, vendors, and individual donors to help cover some of the costs associated with Pride. Throwing the festival costs between $20k and 40k each year. The vast majority of the cost is recovered through the $5 entrance fee. The Lancaster Pride Festival is accessible, which includes parking, restrooms, and the spaces in and around the venue.
The Festival will take place rain or shine. Because the venue has covered areas, in the event of rain, visitors can stay dry!
