Never Silent, Living with HIV
MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2019, 6:45 – 8:30PM EST
In observance of World AIDS Day, we’ll turn the stage over to HIV survivors and those who have cared for loved ones with HIV/AIDS. Their personal stories are courageous and hopeful, yet reflective of the challenges faced by people with HIV. The National Museum of Natural History is teaming up with Whitman-Walker Health to bring you this program.
Speakers:
- Bruce Richman, J.D., Founding Executive Director, Prevention Access Campaign and U=U
- Patricia Nalls, Founder and Executive Director, The Women’s Collective
- Derrick “Strawberry” Cox, Whitman-Walker Health Board Member
This program is offered in conjunction with the exhibition Outbreak: Epidemics in a Connected World at the National Museum of Natural History.
