The Pride Center L.I.F.E. Program
The next cycle of our Shanti LIFE Program will be launching virtually on September 21, 2021, with meetings taking place online on Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM! Previous LIFE Program participants are also invited to return for this cycle.
This FREE 12 week program for gay, bisexual or same-gender-loving men living with HIV teaches practical, step-by-step guidance in a fun, interactive environment as you create and implement health plans for long-term thriving with HIV.
In the LIFE program, you’ll learn new, innovative ways to care for your body, mind and spirit like: how to cope with sudden or distressing life changes, strategies for developing open communication and a collaborative relationship with medical professionals, and stress reduction and goal setting tactics.
