The Clinical Director provides clinical oversight of a Supportive Housing Program and specifically provides individual and group supervision to the case management and social work staff. S/he assists the organization and program staff in growing its direct service competencies. Specifically, the Clinical Director works in close collaboration with the agency clinical team to provide on-going training, support, and evaluation to staff in order to ensure the highest level of services to clients within the supportive housing of Harlem United.  

Education and Certification: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (preferred) with five years’ experience working with homeless families preferable in shelter settings. At least three years’ experience supervising clinical and/or case management staff.
