CAP is currently hiring for a Donor Stewardship Coordinator. The Donor Stewardship Coordinator is a new position at CAP and will play a critical role in securing financial support for the work of Cascade AIDS Project (CAP). This position, in conjunction with the Director of Development & Communications, will develop and implement CAP’s individual giving, sponsorship, and in-kind strategies by engaging with CAP donors, volunteers, sponsors, and other community members. The Donor Stewardship Coordinator will oversee the annual giving program, help to create annual fundraising goals, develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships, manage annual campaigns, and research new partnerships. They will have their own portfolio of donors and prospects and be expected to solicit gifts up to $5,000. This position supports the activities of the Development & Communications Department and participates in team meetings and events.


This position is part of CAP’s Development & Communications Department, and reports to the Director of Development & Communications. It is full-time, with some evening and weekend work required. The Development Associate will work at CAP’s Portland, Davis Street office. (During the COVID-19 pandemic, the position will be remote until further notice.)
