Position Purpose The Manager–Community Engagement and Development (CED) position is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of EFA’s internal and external marketing and communication strategies, special events, fund development, solicitation and donor relations.  This position is a member of the Expanded Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Executive Director, with shared responsibility for collaborating with other Expanded Leadership Team members on policy and procedure, processes, and issues that directly affect and ultimately benefit the organization.
