Founded in 1983 and one of the first AIDS organizations established in the United States, the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod (ASGCC) works to foster health, independence and dignity for people living with HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis by providing care, support and housing. ASGCC works to help reduce the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections through prevention, education and testing services. ASGCC is at the forefront of the fight against the opioid epidemic which disproportionately affects the Cape Cod region.

ASGCC is seeking to fill the newly created position of Men’s Health Project Manager for its Drop-in Center based in Provincetown. Job responsibilities include: overseeing operations at ASGCC’s new Drop-in Center, managing Prevention and Screening operations in Provincetown, designing and implementing community outreach events, providing HIV/STD prevention material to gay/bi men, and overall management of outreach staff, including the hiring, training and supervision of temporary seasonal outreach workers. Other responsibilities include conducting sexual health counseling and screening sessions, data collection, and growth of ASGCC’s PrEP Program. Successful candidates must be able to work with individuals and groups in a professional, non-judgmental manner while maintaining strict confidentiality, and have availability to work nights and weekends. The candidate must be able to maintain databases and produce reports. This position is a year-round, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
