Under the supervision of the Director of Client Services, the Senior Program Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of program standards and the daily operations of the HVCS Health Homes Care Management Program in Orange and Sullivan counties. This position supervises the Program Supervisor for Sullivan County and the Program Supervisor for Orange County. Additionally, this position supervises the Newburgh Receptionist. Create, maintain and coordinate program standards, including staff productivity standards. Identify needs and gaps in services, and develop plans to meet them.Monitor the outreach/ intake, assessment and case assignment process to ensure compliance with funding guidelines. Conduct quality assurance reviews, including billing audits, chart reviews and other Program monitoring as needed. Prepare the monthly, quarterly and/or annual contract reports; assist with completing Continued Funding Applications and work plans. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the position: Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent degree with at least 3 years of postgraduate experience, plus 3 years of experience providing clinical/administrative supervision and overseeing programs. Some evening hours required. Must have access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
