But, Frank, wouldn't we prefer a world in which no STDs exist? So what if some people would then party in such an instance! Anyway, we dont and won't have such a safe world because HIV does still exist and so too do other STDs. So, even if this vaccine improves then HIV and other STDs will remain serious and off-putting of free expression and free love. What sexual freedom is there?! Very little!! None in fact!!!

But wait! Won't a vaccine just be another party drug!!! People will be able to bareback without consequence!! We can't have that!!! That's what they say about PrEP. What will they say now? The stigma will not go away easily.
