Howard
When I was younger I used to sleep like a log. Would pass out like a light and sleep on forever. But ever since age 50, I've tended to sleep less and less and to wake up several times a night. They say older folks sleep less. So I think this issue for some of us at least may also have to do with aging. Aging with HIV. I've been HIV+ for 29 years (since 1986) but only started "having trouble" with sleeping once I hit 50. This is not to diminish other's experiences but to give another angle.
