Every time a study is done in Africa, the facts never lead to the conclusion. "The study authors were surprised that the consistent offer of immediate treatment to those in Group 1 was not associated with a significant decline in HIV incidence compared with the control group" Parts were beyond logic. Group 1 was offered Voluntary Male Genital Mutilation as prevention and yet there was no benefit seen. But the conclusion: "the overall evidence for this intervention’s effect was strong."
