I am glad to see that finally our sisters in the motherland are getting a helping hand protecting themselves and slowing down the spread of HIV/AIDS considering what they have to endure at the hands of their governments, however we cannot overlook what our sisters here in the US have to endure and are enduring. This should be just as available for them as it is for our sisters in Africa.

Could it be that the possibility of unknown health risks through the use of the Ring Vaginal device be more acceptable if manifested in African candidates, instead of usage by American women?
