Friday, December 1, is World AIDS Day. This year, the 25th anniversary of AIDS, the theme is accountability. Here’s just a glimpse of what’s going on around the country and around the globe:

Join the NO/AIDS Task Force in collaboration with NRPEACE, Camp Ace, JPHSA and the Office of Public Health as we celebrate World AIDS Day. This year we will be holding a candle light vigil in front of Washington Auxiliary Park. We will hear from survivors, as well as those who have lost loved ones because of this terrible disease. We will also offer individuals from the community the opportunity to share their stories, poetry or prose about HIV/AIDS.

The Boston Living Center Honors World AIDS Day
