Wow. The hypocrisy. 340B is and always has been an immoral program that allows precisely Big Pharma to buy off HIV non-profits' silence over HIV prices just so that they can keep a cut of the profits. 340B should have been shifted to the regular appropriations process a long time ago. We need accountability.
