The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) penned a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Michael Leavitt last week demanding that the department change its abstinence-only prevention information in order to comply with a federal law stipulating that all educational materials include medically accurate information about condoms. The ACLU plans to take legal action if the changes are not made in 30 days.
