With all due respect to Dr. Fauci, he seems to have lost some of the fire in his belly. At a recent CFAR meeting at UCLA, I was impressed at the degree of disagreement amongst the researchers about how much effect treated HIV infection would have on successful stem cell transplants in HIVers. The only way to answer that question, is to test it. Three teams are trying to replicate the Berlin patient case, and they're getting veyr little help from Fauci. We deserve better.
I think there are a lot of things that are being kept from the public.We are for the long haul.There are HIV projects aimed at the year 2032. Great funding must be provided if we want to see a cure in the horizon. It must be increase from 5 to 10-fold of the funding we have now. Fauci once said " High risks, high rewards" Well Dr, this is one of them. If it is the money, give scientists (young or old) the money and demand a cure and demand it with a deadline! Clinton said 2010, I say 2020.
This Branded PowerJet has a fascinating chain when one follows the dots. Global Giants like GSK, Phsyers have their hands in this licence and then findly sold to novartis for 800 million dollars. My question is why is our NIH giving them 1 million dollars? I thinking they were setting up contracts for millions more from government in a NIH certified product. I guess a letter to ask NIH under the freedom of information act can help me under stand. Is GSk ,Novartis, and Physer running NIH?
I am not surprized that not 3 miles from the capital of our USA that a government orgainisation, public funded is so corrupted. To make it worst the AIDS Leadership is so in bed with brown noseing these officials. to say, Oh I like them, but watch as more and more die from the lack of zeal and truth in NIH to turn usa science into a good old boys club. I need to take a shower, for I feel so dirty knowing this information and want no part of this ego and pridefilled corruption. OMG have Mercy
In my earlier post I should have typed that Dr. Nobuto Yamamoto cured 39 total (not 34 total) YOUNG, HEALTHY, RECENTLY HIV-Infected Japanese patients. He ran the two studies in Japan. The first (2002) study received partial funding from a United States Public Health Service (USPHS) grant #AI-32140. As over-seers of the grant, the USPHS would have been aware of the cure as early as 2003. The first abstracts appeared in 2006 (FOCIS). A full paper appeared in January 2009.
GcMAF is not the only treatment (and cure) to be ignored. A therapeutic vaccine, which brought near dead monkeys back to good health (2001), by the name of DermaVir, was given the same treatment. The NIH instead chose to fund ($1M grant) and support (with recruitment adds) a ballistic virus (DNA) transferal system known as PowderJect. For ten years researchers have had the capacity to design viruses. PowderJect enables their deployment at will. NOW they can "FIND" the Precursor DNA to HIV.
For 23 years Dr. Fauci has been saying that HIV disease has "...multiple phases which overlap." (09-29-87) For nearly 9 years Dr. Nobuto Yammoto has been curing YOUNG HEALTHHY HIV+ patients (34 total) by supplying the glyco-protein that HIV destroys. This glyco-protein activates macrophage cells. Dr. Yamamoto can cure in the earliest "phase" of HIV disease. This was proven nine years ago. Where are the American Dbp-MAF (GcMAF) clinical studies? Dr. Fauci, show me the GcMAF clinical studies!

As one looks at how in bed AIDs Leadership in AIDS Inc, one can understand that these bed partners like to rub each others ego for their truths, while losing their zeal in lew of a pay check and health insurance policy. I think it is a socail justice issues when AIDS Leaders say in you suggle while they are recieving a pay check from AIDS funding and Health Issurance and these high power bed partners. They are not in my suggles and I hope they are safe with the ones they are in bed. SOS
